if you own a restaurant that has more then 8 employees then im sure this will help. However for a smaller business there is no point having such a big book. I had too many pages left empty. It is also too complicated to fill in.

Good be better in hardback though and we do find the temp test for food products a bit too small if you have a few products to record daily have to write really small
