The quality of this cookbook is what you would expect a cookbook to be and the recipes have easy to follow instructions with delicious looking photographs! It includes a wonderful variety of foods to cook/make including brown sugar, flaky salt & butter. A fantastic book for an individual just starting out with cooking.
