I am not a natural cook. But I do like fried chicken. The lucid prose, the clear and easy to follow recipes, and the delicious dishes might just persuade me to prepare meals more often. I can’t wait to start cooking from this book. I was worried there wouldn’t be much variety, I mean how many ways can you fry chicken- well believe me, there are many!
