My 12 year old daughter has really enjoyed completing this book. It has helped her mental well-being following the Covid lockdowns. Easy and fun to use.

Bought for my preteen after lockdown and going back to school. He was struggling a little with emotions and how to convey them.
Told the family I’d bought a new book, placed on bookshelf and within a few days found both preteen and 16 year old (boys) had looked through.

Its good to take a look at your own state of mental health by knowing general problems of these days, delivered accurately by this book. However, I found some sections could be more detail on self-help. The illustrations are good.

Great book. My 11 year old read this in one night, she was hooked! It’s really well explained in terms that make sense to children without overwhelming them. We will keep this to share with the repeat of the family and also to refer back to if things get tricky.

This has been fantastic to read with my 6 year old (skipping some parts not relevant to his age). He’s able to learn about how people feel and know that all emotions are normal. He’s learning how to chanel those emotions and find ways of coping with them within the book. Very easy read and keeps us interested. Definitely recommend.
