I read this book with my son and I was so impressed with how many tools and ideas there were for him (and for me!) this is such an accessible book and one I would highly recommend.

My children are totally obsessed with this book. It’s wonderfully written and so easy for them to read and understand. The journal at the back is a lovely way to end the day looking at all the positives in the day. We love it

My daughter was so bored – I had to return the book. I couldn’t get past the first few pages! Not relevant to a 10 year old. Sounds like she is talking to a 6 year old and then asks the child to complete so many questions!!!!y child would never focus on that many questions.

I’ve read it and my 13 year old son is reading it now. It’s a brilliant resource for children and young adults.

This is for a gift for a child’s birthday. I have had to present it like this and now she has to wait until I receive a replacement.
I have also had the inconvenience of having to
Go out quite a distance to return it.

Bought for a birthday present. Relatable to how they were feeling at school. Helpful to understand their feelings whilst proving a toolkit to help them overcome any issues.
Great layout and places for journal eateries and to make their own notes.

My daughter was having some difficulties at school and her anxiety had got worse. We worked through this book together and it helped so much. Really opened up our conversations about things that otherwise she probably wouldn’t have told me. Would recommend this to any pre teen!

My 10 year old daughter loves this book. It’s great to watch her to think about the impact of people/things in her life and puts everything into a perspective she understands. Highly recommended.
