Excellent book outlining all Marvel’s rises and falls over the changing decades in key comic book releases. Lots of information and classic art work packed in there and all very nicely presented. Well worth the tenner. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and came out the other side not only much more historically informed, but also finding myself searching for and ordering some classic comics on eBay too! I find cover art so addictive.

Firstly the title of this book is very misleading.
Like me you would be expecting a list of well…. greatest comics…..
You wouldn’t expect 30 of the titles in that list to simply be the 1st issue marvels various books.
Comics which most people will be well familiar with.
Still there is enough to interest me in the book for the discount price, but this is very lazy and not at all what the title of the book suggests.
