shame, as its from the US show you have to convert most of the measures from cups to something sensible!

Having found this through the Amazon UK website, I somehow missed that the recipes are based on an American series, and consequently all the measurements are in cups rather than in the weights that we are used to in the UK. I am also not sure where we would find alligator steaks readily here! Having said that my 11 year old grandson is an enthusiastic cooks, so I am hoping that he will get a lot of pleasure from it.

I got it for my niece’s 8th birthday and she was in seventh heaven. Personally I think some recipes are difficult but I guess kids would cook together with parents so it’s not such a big deal.
