I have not used any of the recipes yet but will look forward to cooking with my grandchildren .
Well written and illustrated .
One Grandchild is a fussy eater the other will eat anything so either way this will get them interested and involved .
One small crtisisom is the writing is to small and therefore makes reading the recipe a bit more difficult for me .
That said It is a lovely book

Bought for my 7 year old who loves the programme! Loads of easy recipes to get little ones into cooking and even helps the big ones like me who definitely aren’t a Ramsey!

The cook book was bought for our granddaughters (aged 12 and 15) to encourage them to do some cooking over the summer holidays. It looks like a fun cook book, with illustrations, anecdotes and helpful hints that should appeal to young teenagers. The layout is quite funky, not your usual ‘illustration and recipe’ format. It was a recent purchase, so no feedback yet from the granddaughters, hence the 4 stars

I gave this to my nine year old Great Niece for Christmas. She loved it, along with her Star Baker personalised pink apron. She’s successfully made several of the recipes including a lasagne, which I think is brilliant for a nine year old.

My 9yr old son has had this book since Christmas and hasn’t touched it, then this week he decided he wanted to be a chef ????????♀️. We chose 5 recipes and bought all of the ingredients (which seemed like a lot but we now have it all for next time and my food shop was cheaper than normal somehow).
So far he’s made the Japanese chicken noodles and spare ribs and I can honestly say the sauces that he’s made are soooooo nice. I couldn’t believe how good they both were and he even said “mum this is like posh restaurant food”.
