One of the biggest positives of this book is the diversity of stories it offers. Each story is unique and offers a different perspective on mental health. It is an invaluable resource for teenagers looking to understand themselves and their experiences better. The stories are told in a way that makes them accessible and relatable, and I appreciate that the stories aren’t overly simplified.
Great book for all teenagers!

A very impactful book that explains personal, real life stories of teenagers who have gone through different struggles that have affected their mental health. A very eye opening book and a very interesting read as it highlights very real problems young people go through and the importance of taking care of one’s mental health.

This book is made up of teenagers experiences in their own words. I’ve only read a few pages throughout the book but I can already see how both my teenager and myself can benefit from other peoples experiences. It’s very well written but very easy to understand and get to grips with. I’m sure a teenager would feel less of a struggles knowing others have these stories.

This is a beautifully put together book featuring stories from 7 teenagers who have faced mental health issues. Each teen gives an honest account of their teenage struggles from eating disorders to self harm.
Each story is beautifully illustrated and features some stunning artwork.
I ordered this for my 13 year old daughter who has suffered with her own issues, from severe anxiety to bullying. Having suffered myself as a teenager, it’s sometimes comforting to know that you’re not alone in your struggles.
I read through the book with my daughter and as we discussed the stories, she was able to sympathise with the teens and relate with some of her own experiences.
It’s a wonderful book that many teens will be able to relate to and maybe not feel quite alone in their struggles. It helps to know that there can be light at the end of the tunnel.

As a mother to a teenage daughter this book in my opinion is superb and I’m so impressed with the information inside it. I like how it’s laid out and it’s easy for teens to absorb and understand. I think it’s handy to have in the house as it’s important to acknowledge and recognise mental health for teenagers. I’m delighted with the illustrations and the quality of the book is superb. I can’t fault it at all and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it. The value for money is outstanding and it’s well worth getting!
