This book is well written in a relaxed but informative way. From the different types of microgreen to the health benefits it’s a great guide to read from cover to cover or dip in and out of to find relevant information. Covering starting small to full production and selling your excess it’s a must have book. Although not a long book it covers so much in it pages. It even contains recepies for a variety of microgreens. This is a must buy!!!

A very easy read and informative book. Whilst not especially interested in growing microbrews as a profit making business, I was very impressed with the information given on how to set about establishing one of that was what was wanted with emphasis on the need for a thorough business p!an, both financial and carefully conducted market research. The plan also covers advertising, location, delivery and packaging. Very simply expressed and very impressive. The actual growing of the microgreens is also covered in some detail, certainly sufficiently for someone (like myself) to get started although there were a couple of areas – like non soil based growing media – that I would have liked covered in a little more depth. There were even a few recipes included.

My main reservation, however, was the organisation of the information presented, mixing the head-to-head and the how-to-sell together: a separation into two sections would have kept it easier to consult.

Altogether an excellent little starter book, very positive in outlook for anyone hoping to start up their own business, encouraging but also not without understanding that it might not be an instant
    success.
