    The author has done an amazing job with this book. This is one of the few books that will guide you through your entire customer Acquisition process as well as your offer Creation process. It’s well written and detailed. Definitely not one of the boring marketing books you pick up and can’t get past page 9. Once you start, you can’t stop because it’s extremely practical and you know exactly how to apply the principles to your business. Glad I bought this one!

Arfa gives a great deal of insight into how to use customer avatars to great effect to really boost your marketing efforts.
