A very helpful book with lots of advice & strategies – some may work for you and others won’t. I think that’s the case with most help books – take what works for you and leave behind what doesn’t. There’s plenty of exercises in here so I found a few that seem to work for me so far! The language used is accessible as well which helped me stay focused on the book rather than looking up a word I don’t know and ending up down a rabbit hole on something else!.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Well researched, straightforward and covering subjects such as handling emotions, improving memory and overthinking, I thought this book was great.
The author takes you from possible causes of ADHD to how you can self regulate, with the occasional handy diagram to help explain. This is clearly an important topic for the author.

Well researched and written book as well as very interesting. There is a lot of information to read which really helps the reader understand ADHD and what it means to be on the spectrum of ADHD. I love mindmapping so to include this technique to help people with ADHD I think is genius. Recommended for anyone interested in the subject or someone looking to get help with ADHD.
