I loved this book. The writing was clear and easily understood without the usual fluff filler. It gave plenty of information regarding mindfulness and it’s benefits. If you are in a bad place and hoping to gain help this book is easy to understand and work with. It gives all the information you need , yet you will not feel too overwhelmed by it. Also it accepts people can be beginning from different circumstances and encourage everyone to do what they can in their reality. Excellent book and thank you.

I do like a book to be clear, practical and, preferably, interesting. I’m glad to say this is one of them. The importance od mindful Living is stated from the beginning, especially noting research covering depression and anxiety. Also, in the lasting effect of mindfulness. I love the statement where we are readily assured that it is free. Jason Hemlock covers techniques and how to bring them into our life. The easy style allows the subject to be accessible to all. The great thing is that the author states the limits as well as the benefits to mindfulness, a welcome piece of advice. It is well researched, referenced and is a pleasure to read

The author stated at one point that “reading this book, you’ll have everything you need to be more mindful. “ Having read this book I can not but agree that the author delivered what was promised.
It offers a step by step guidance into the world of mindfulness realistic and practical.
I liked the fact that the author acknowledges that mindfulness is not a one size fits all solution and that it has its limitations. This is particularly important and it helps the reader to be realistic about his/ her expectations whilst reflecting on this read & following its guidance.
It is good to know that the content of this book is supported by evidence based material.
I particularly enjoyed the well rounded approach to a healthy lifestyle. This book not only guides the reader through ways to change the way one thinks in order to help improve his/ her mental health. But also provides the reader with tools to improve one’s physical wellbeing.
I believe this book to be a good read that will give the reader a solid starting point to delve into the world of mindfulness.
