    That great suit for mind journal for men! also that more worth for mental health try read or writing notebook how you feel yourself. I am profoundly full deaf so I feeling keep reading and quiet room or rest of pub more relaxed mind solve its great book thanks

    Lots of guidance.

    Definitely worth the money.

    Good start for a initial journal, with good guidance.
    Would be nice if they had a quality hard back version.

    I found it a fantastic read I brought several copies in 2 days for my loved ones and they are reading it which surprised me, I thought they would read it later but it was the opposite really as my thoughts were with this pandemic affecting Mental health of my loved one I have seen them in different light happier and they did some of the methods in the book it’s a win win I am so happy I invested in my loved ones at a small price x

    If you are struggling mentally and are ticking all the boxes (exercising / eating healthily / reducing alcohol intake or stopping drinking / reducing caffeine intake or stopping / taking multivitamins & fish oils / meditating / stopping smoking / no drugs / mindfulness / talking about your problems with friends, family or counsellor), then this is the final step really but this book was a bit basic and in my opinion covered subjects that were unnecessary. It was also very hard to write in the book as its so small and thick and the pages do not open up very well. My advice is buy a notepad or download a journal app and just write your own thoughts and things you did that day to get a trend of what works for you and the triggers if you have a bad day.

    You do not need to write about your goals and multiple feelings and scoring everything. Just write about your day and how you felt and what you did and ate. Job done!

    Superb introduction to writing a journal; I’ve always written down random thoughts and notes but never in a consistent and structured way. This book has helped me to focus these thoughts around key topics that are designed to make writing easier and more routine. Highly recommend and I have bought one for my old man’s Christmas – you’re never too old to work on yourself after all! I’ve also ordered the full MindJournal as a result of the successes this one has brought.

    I used this book once, never felt the need to use it again….. I don’t know if it helped me in the long run…. But in the moment I definitely benefitted from expressing my feelings by putting pen to paper. Everyone deals and heals with their mental health differently, so I can’t say this book will or won’t help you. But I can say that it’s definitely worth a try
