    I lost interest filling in this book . I found it boring with it asking the same questions day after day. It wasn’t for me. Its a nice ideal though. Just needs more variety within the content.

    I love this jornal, it keeps a track on how I feel and my mood. It keeps you on track with your mental state and i was ted to see my improvement, there enough room for notes and you can colour the book how you like, perfect for people who can be struggling with mental health or like to keep organised great for teenagers and adults of all ages, I recommend so much.
