You get two 6″ x 9″ inch pages to work with per day and these are repeated throughout the journal, with around half a page of free space for journaling too.
On page one:

- describe your day in three words.
- List one thing you’re grateful for.
- Consider something that could have improved the day.
- Write 3 goals for tomorrow.
- Space to track your breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks.
On page two:

- note down the BEST part of the day.

Keeping track of our overall health and daily activities, as well as setting goals and practicing gratitude – can certainly help to boost our overall mental health and productivity.
It’s frequently said that we’re far more likely to succeed at goals, when we write down and by keeping track things like daily food intake and exercise, we can figure out how these things could potentially be impacting our mood and energy levels.

Purchased this for my daughter who has been struggling during lockdown with college & feeling isolated from friends etc. I’m also a mental health nurse & I recommend this book & others similar to some of my patients. I particularly like this one because the day/dates are not pre-filled in so you can put the day/date at the top when you fill it in meaning you don’t feel bad if you miss a day.

You get what you pay for with this journal – it’s very basic but for an anxiety sufferer like me, it works as it’s not tons of filling into do. Paper quality is decent, a bit flimsy but does the job.
