    I have just received my mood planner and it’s fab. Just what I was looking for. So many relevant parts. You get 2 pages for each day. And there’s things at the from and back in addition. I actually love it. Would be even better if it had a different cover.

    I wanted a tracker that took into account a few things such as a food tracker, sleep schedule, pill reminder etc. This ticked all my boxes and wasn’t too expensive.
