    Recieved this book yesterday, so not been used yet. The book is A4, bigger than I though but looks to be a great book to track moods, eater consumption, meds, food (if you wish) and to write down thoughts and emotions too. Would recommend!

    I received my book three days ago. Since then, I have made time every night to sit and document my day. If you’ve had a particularly bad day, the book helps to document triggers. I love that there are prompts such as ‘what made you feel good’ and ‘what are you proud of today’ because even if it has been a bad day, you’re finishing your day on a positive note!
    I struggle badly with anxiety and depression, and do often self neglect. With the book, you can track how much you’ve slept, how much you’ve drank and what you’ve eaten. Sometimes seeing these things written down on paper is a big motivator to self-care a little more.
    I love this book and will keep re-ordering for years to come!
