I have ADHD so find most adult colouring books to intricate to sit there for hours completing them but this is perfect for my attention span- big enough to colour but simple enough to do it without my attention wandering off.

I bought Motivational Swearing Quotes from Catty Press on Amazon without issue and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.
MSQ is an adult colouring book with swear words aplenty and fun designs to relieve stress, so I’ve been laughing while being creative.
There are more than 20 pieces to colour in, and the designer went to great lengths to make each page more extravagant than the last.
But it’s not just the designs I like, the motivation quotes are good too.
The book begins with ‘sometimes we have to let **** go’ and ends with ‘don’t be a d**k to yourself’, so it seems the creators are telling us not to dwell on things we can’t change and to not beat ourselves up all the time.
It’s positive advice that everyone can take on board.
I’d thoroughly recommend any colouring enthusiast to grab this book as it’s fun and insightful.
Motivational Swearing Quotes is so much better than the
books I get for my kids, as they’re too childish for my tastes.
This is more suited to my adult sensibilities.

I got this book as a gag gift for one of my friends and he loved it! The book quality is really nice, and has around 24 fun motivational quotes and text designs. Seems like the perfect gift for that one friend in the group who swears a lot. ????

I proactively try to make time for my mental wellbeing and lately that has been through the means of colouring.
I’m so happy that I purchased this book! Not only did it allow for therapeutic colouring but it also uplifted my mood when I read each phrase.
The designs are great, with each one easily completable in one sitting if you wish.
I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for more books in the future and will be ordering a few more of these for friends and family who love a good laugh and swear at times.

One of the more mindful colouring books I’ve tried. Definitely helps me during down time. But the paper quality is not good and bleeds.
