I really really enjoyed this book! I loved the online murdles but needed more so I bought this book and I have been using it every day. I can’t wait to buy the other books! I loved the characters and stories! Super fun for anyone!
Only let down is that I bought it at full price for £12.99 but it went on sale for £6-£7 on amazon and at whsmith there was a 2 for £12 sale. Watch out for the sales and buy this book! I also wish there was a interactive version of the book online.

Great gift for my murder mystery mad partner. Lots of puzzles and mysteries to solve to keep them entertained.

First I found it very frustrating. I could not quite understand how one can solve it with such a few clues.. then I understood the system and enjoyed most of the puzzles, however some still stay uncracked 🙂 Great for training the brain and logic. Entertaining also for people around.

I generally enjoyed working my way through the puzzles but they did get very repetitive by about the 80th one of the 100 included in the book. There is a story that tries to link the puzzles together. It is initially quite funny but eventually just gets annoying it is so contrived.

I’ve bought this as a Christmas gift for my dad who loves to play cluedo each year! Having a flick through the book, I’ve also decided to get one for myself! Really interesting puzzles, different from your usual crosswords or word searches, to keep your brain ticking!

I was intirgued by this book, as an older person I worry about my brain getting fogged. I do play computer games and do crosswords but this is something really different. It starts simple and gets more complicated as it goes, exercising your logic rather that your spelling or word knowledge. I am really enjoyig it. You solve puzzles where you are given 3 suspects, 3 weapons and 3 locations with a couple of clues to start you off. You then work out who the killer is with which weapon where. sort of cluedo on paper. It is firmly tongue in cheek and really good to get your little grey cells working.

Ellie got struck straight into her book, something she can dip in and out of when has a few minutes spare. May get more in the series later. She loves a mystery.

This is simply one of the best puzzle books I’ve ever attempted. It is simple but smart. All you need is a pen/pencil and your brain. I wanted to start doing logic puzzles to improve my brain function and being obsessed with a good Agatha Christie type story, I picked up Murdle. After a day and half of doing murdle puzzles I actually noticed a marked improvement. I hope the author continues to publish more Murdle books because there are very few well done logic puzzle books out there.
