This is one of those books that I turn to on the race occasions when I’m looking at a chicken and wondering what to do with it. The recipes are well received, I often get asked “can (we) have that again” work and are really handy. I never have a mad dash to the shop. It’s also well presented and I can totally read it in his voice.

This book is well presented and comprehensively provides the guidance required to cook nourishing and healthy meals. For all levels of good cooking, this book is a great tool. The reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because of the colours used to highlight some of the information. In some cases it is too light and those with poor eyesight find it difficult to read the words. For any instruction book it is essential that the reader can see what it says, from start to finish.

Good set of books. Bought them all. They sort very tidily and show all the meals deliciously in a good easy to read form.
