Great, streamlined revision guide

As expected.

Concise yet sophisticated, colourful, well annotated, visually appealing, contains lots of criticisms of arguments and all of them are to the point. Contains main and important arguments from relevant fields. This is how philosophy should be taught (nobody really wants to read impenetrable Kantian essays).
I can’t help but find that I deeply respect and admire the authors of this book and AQA for that matter.

This book is great for anyone studying A Level philosophy. It contains all the information you need for your exam (in its most basic form) so it is great for revision!

My Revision Notes: AQA A-level Philosophy (Epistemology and Moral Philosophy & Metaphysics of God and Metaphysics of Mind) are wonderful texts for revision, summarising, but not too succinctly, the key arguments, issues and responses to issues that the AQA specification requires the student to know.
I bought the kindle versions for quick reference as I already have hard copies of the main textbooks by these authors. The texts work well on kindle and any illustrations can be enlarged quite easily.
The texts also contain much advice on revision with sample questions and tips for planning one’s revision timetable, all of which is very useful.
If there is one small fault with these texts, it is that answers to questions aren’t included and need to be downloaded separately from a website. Personally, I would have preferred answers to the questions included in the text, and it seems rather ridiculous not having placed the answers in the back of the books, where I believe most readers would expect to find them.
This is why I have dropped a star in my overall ratings of the texts, even though the texts are clearly written and accessible to students.
I hope you find my review helpful.
