Was hoping for more curry’s

Love the recipes in this book. I do make adjustments as not keen on frying/ butter/ ghee for calorie reasons. Batch cooked the curry without meat and froze, defrost, marinate whatever meat/fish in the Art spices then fry and add sauce – delicious!

My copy has just arrived today, an early Christmas present to myself. What a treat, I adore spicy foods and have always wanted a book that would help me explore how to make different foods. Just read there are TV programmes Nadiya has done and now in semi retirement I will look them out and watch. Well done Nadiya and keep up the good work.
