I find this book incredibly helpful, brilliant way to learn anatomy. Only negative I would give is that some of the pictures are very fiddly to colour.

This book has been absolutely amazing. I’m currently doing a course in Sports Massage, so learning anatomy and functions is very important to me. With this, I bought this book to help and it has definitely done that. I’ve only done a little bit of colouring so far, but the labels and information on the side of each page have been so incredibly helpful to me, especially in relation to my coursework. Is very clear and concise. However my only critique would be that knowing when or how far to colour each muscle/bone/cell is a little confusing or not very clear. But I think that also comes with just understanding where each muscle (or whatever it is on the page) begins and ends in time. Either way, it is still great at teaching you anatomy and how the body functions.
Amazing book – incredibly helpful! Couldn’t recommend it more!
