Recently finished this insightful & inspiring book by Clive F. Lloyd
He challenges the traditional view of safety and leadership through covering a range of progressive topics with case studies and reflective questions to aid understanding.
Strongly recommend for those leading teams, organisations and those aspiring to be future leaders.
My take from reading – building psychological safety through a more humanistic, trust based and value driven leadership approach has real potential to influence and achieve better outcomes for those industries that embrace it.
