If you’re in your first year of children’s nursing this a good book to have for basics before you begin your placement. I’ve found it very useful to get basic background information before I went out on practice

Smaller than I had anticipated, but, excellent for pocket or handbag. Great deal of information, good quality sturdy pages. Very happy with purchase, will look at purchasing other booklets in this series. Excellent delivery time and well packaged.

This book is ideal for a quick reference guide and suitable for both students and registered nurses. As an adult nurse this book puts really simply how to assess an infant/child and what abnormal observations to be aware of. Being pocket sized means I can always have it on me! I have some of the other books from the range and I cannot fault them!

This book is very small, has wipe-able pages and I am able to carry it around on placements in my pocket. There is a lot of information in this little book. My only gripe was that there is nothing on neonates which I would have found really useful as well.

Really good read, would 100% recommend!
