This book is a complete must. Nursing models is an essential part of nursing, not only as a student nurse but throughout your nursing career. This book covers all the major well used models. It’s an easy read and very informative. It helps with various assignments, but more importantly it helps throughout practice, such as: the model of ‘PEPLAU’ whose model is very significant to mental health and the model of ‘ROPER, LOGAN & TIERNEY’ which is used throughout all nursing fields. The book shows how to make the most basic yet most important skills more effective, such as: patient assessments, care plans e.t.c. There’s not many textbooks which you want to read cover-to-cover, but this is certainly one of them. It’s a complete must for not only student nurses but for qualified nurses of all fields as well. Excellant buy.
