    This is a very good read. Mike has researched his subject well and not only gives some very good tips from his own experience but also passes on information from many experts in the associated fields. He is clearly very enthusiastic about the subject and that enthusiasm captures the reader, taking them on a journey of connectivity between mind, body and soul. In recognising the importance that each part plays in the overall well-being of an individual, he helps the reader to understand the positive impact of caring for all 3 parts, if we are to reach fulfilment.
