Oliver’s Vegetables
£6.20£6.60 (-6%)
Do you like chips? Oliver does. In fact, he won’t eat anything else – until he plays a game with his grandpa.
Whatever vegetable Oliver finds in the garden, he must eat. On Monday, he pulls up carrots, on Tuesday, it is spinach . . .
An excellent book for parents with slightly fussy children, which also introduces the days of the week.

A nice book to teach children about vegetables and get them interesting in browning.

Happy with book. However, prime delivery driver said it was handed to resident when I was out. I came home to a very wet parcel on my doorstep, thankfully book seemed unaffected.

Very typical about the eating choices of youngsters today

I think I like this book. I’m not really sure what the purpose of it is. It is a very simple idea about a boy who visits his grandparents and he only ever eats chips. His granted grows veg and he challenges him to find the potatoes. He pulls up all sorts except the potatoes. Anything he pulls up, he has to eat.
Maybe I am being too picky but what patent only lets their child eat chips and if they were going to eat veg it probably wouldn’t be rhubarb, cabbage, pea soup

My grandchildren (aged 3 and 4) love this little book as a bedtime story and I bought a further copy as a birthday present for another 4 year old who absolutely loves vegetables and helps her grandparents to grow them. She has thoroughly enjoyed the book with its wacky pictures as well. Although the story is aimed at children who won’t eat veg, it is delightful and appeals to all – veg and non veg eaters.

Such a lovely story, arrived in perfect condition. This book would be perfect for a child with difficulty trying new foods to encourage them and for a child that is interested in gardening like mine is!!
