My son has never used one of these before so was super excited to have one . This is straps only and does not come with a football . the long thin Velcro straps allows you to easily strap a football into it and the ball stays secure there is a long stretchy elasticated cord which is adjustable in length which is attached to the waist band and the ball straps. The waist band is made of a lightweight fabric and has large velcro panels which makes it easy to strap onto waist again this is adjustable and son said was comfortable.
My son enjoyed using this trainer to play football on his own doing volleys and kicking which you do have to be careful as it does come flying back i think it’s more for ball control dribble and volleys then kicking the ball .

My grandson Jack loves playing with this, he strapped his favourite ball in, attached the belt strap and off he went. The best thing is he gets to spend more time with the ball and much less time chasing it around the cul-de-sac. This also makes it much safer for him to be out playing as he wont be stepping into the road to fetch his badly kicked ball.
The straps and material is put together well so it should last him for many year to come.

I go this for my son who this year ha missed so much football training due to the currant world wide issue
First it comes in a plastic bag and once out, the quality or the straps are great well made, the stitching is first class the belt is adjustable so great for kids and adults alike, the straps for the ball are full adjustable for different size balls. The elastic is strong again and amazingly can stretch some distances.
My son is using this for his solo training n the back yard.
At £8.99 its really good value (at time of review) recommended
