It finally happened and my 7-years-old daughter discovered the wonderful wizarding world of Harry Potter. So I bought this origami book for her. It arrived pretty fast and in a perfect condition. Re making the origami:
1. Be careful when pulling out the sheets
2. The paper quality could be better (I can compare with other origami books, and this one is definitely not a winner)
3. The instructions are pretty clear for the adult (4 out of 5)
4. The instructions can be used to make origami from the paper you would prefer (we made a snitch out of some coloured paper without any problem).
It is a nice gift for a Harry Potter fan; however, the paper quality is not good enough for the 5star product.

I bought this as a stocking filler for my ten year old daughter. She has absolutely loved it. Some of them are extremely challenging – even I couldn’t manage the Phoenix!
The book comes with the papers to make the animals and characters from the Harry Potter series. When made up they are really good and look so fun!
I would absolutely recommend for Harry Potter enthusiasts young and old!

My 8 year old likes the look of this but would need help to complete. It has 15 designs to take out the book but lots more to complete ranging from easy to hard.

My family love origami and Harry Potter so this was exciting to receive. The models are a mixture of simple and a bit pants, to complicated and very clever BUT.,….. the dedicated paper is PART of the book, so if you pull out – as there are no perforations – the book just falls apart. Also as it’s part of the book, you pull the paper out, you can make the model once, there are no extras. Will try and photocopy I think before attempting the models, but I’m disapointed at the complete lack of practicality of this book.

It was a bit of a Harry Potter year for us this year ending with Harry Potter origami characters all over the house! Even some managed to make it into the Christmas tree! My kids love making these, they hadn’t done much origami before but I have noticed they are searching YouTube for other designs to try too. I would recommend for the creative members of all ages
