Good advice and well presented. I think many people will benefit from the ideas here. If I was to criticise it would be that there was too much emphasis on younger people overthinking. I think this is a tendency, irrespective of age.

This book touches on some good skills for combating anxiety and overthinking, and to someone just starting their education in this subject this could be a useful book. However, the book does not delve very deep into many of the techniques give, and things like CBT aren’t given enough detail in my opinion. Looking at the references, they are mostly made up of online articles as opposed to scientific papers or books by notable psychologists. Also I noticed 3 spelling mistakes in my read through.
