This book has the most beautiful photos. I bought this for a gift and it was much appreciated. I should think it will be a coffee table book and will be much loved for a year until it is superceded.

This is a magnificent production photographed over four years showing different couples performing the sam pas de duex in a particular ballet. The photographs are magnificent and I am glad I bought it. The only problem is that it is very heavy and needs to be looked at on a table. It is too good to be called a “coffee table” book.

some wonderful images considering the difficulty of photography in those fast dark conditions
it is essentially a photo refference book of the year but a wonderful resource
