The first thing I don’t understand is why do you have to buy the exorbitant answer guide to this book separately. It’s an A-level book. It should provide you with some answers to whether you’ve answered the questions properly. The kindle version is even worse. It’s not done like the previous edition and is difficult to look at. The paper version looks finished. Why isn’t the kindle version formatted in any way? i suppose it’s ok to use on your phone because of it’s simplistic design but it’s awful if you want to revise on your laptop.

Sometimes it just doesn’t go into depth for what the spec requires. Very good for application and using your newfound knowledge to context, but other than that, it is hard to understand the exact information communicated in a simple formulated manner.
The questions at the end of each topic do help, though.

Perfect for the purpose.

some topics have more details than others and the fact you have to buy the answer book seperately is an annoying, however if you buy/use other materials in conjuction with this, one should be covered for the course
