Excellent Book!
I really don’t know why people complain. This is the ABRSM Scales and Arpeggios for Grade 1. It only has a few pages because there are only a few scales for Grade 1. If you want a book full of different scales then this is not the book for you. I buy these for my children as they prepare for their ABRSM scales.

I understand that the ABRSM needs to generate income. However, this is a complete rip off. Three pages of scales and a single paragraph of text. They could attach lots of additional materials to this or even combine it with the book of piano pieces for the same grade. All part of their ongoing efforts to ensure that musical training is not accessible to kids who don’t come from middle class backgrounds.

this “book” contains about 3 pages, the content could have easily been added to another grade 1 piano book that you need to buy anyway, this is just a money printing excercise
