Was more for the American audience so some stuff I hadn’t heard off, vegan recipes not vegetarian. Pictures all in black and white, colour would of been nice. Ok but not the best Keto book I’ve read

No colour photos. This is important as we eat with our eyes first!
Reads as if translated into English from another language, which I found quite difficult to read. Pretty sparse content for the price paid too.
If you’re brand new to keto or vegetarian diet you might gleen more helpful advice than I found.

If you want small blurry, low quality and black & white images, then go for it. The US version has coloured images, but this was printed by Amazon in the UK (stated in the book).

I tried a few recipe’s and carefully entered the info into my fitness Pal. The nutrition information is massively different for example the vegan keto porridge in the book says cal’s 157.7, net carbs 3.2g, per portion while my fitness Pal says cal’s 679, carbs16.3g. I realise ingredients will vary but this difference is a massive! For this reason I do not trust this book and will not be using it.

Book is good ,but not really any more information or recipes available on internet at no cost
