Terrific book!
Detailed construction techniques and designs for inspiration with drawings.
Some drawings are not detailed construction plans but plenty of designs make this an instructive and inspirational book!

Sizes are in inches and a lot of the designs are uninteresting and plain. There are some crackers in it but I would say that 50% you wouldn’t make as they are pretty dated.

This book is nicely produced and has some good background on how to work with plywood and what grades to use and so on. It also has a nice feel in that I guess the designs were submitted by friends of the author for this book.
Despite these positive points I feel the designs are very lackluster and lack imagination or style. I’ve found browsing online more inspiring for interesting designs. In particular, I found the more accessible designs for starters in this book particularly boring. Looking online suggests easy starter projects don’t have to be dull. I would like to see the author have a second go at this book and be a little more ambitious in terms of style and interest in the simpler to execute designs.
