Exactly what I was looking for. Anyone thinking of buying it, previous pole dance experience is definitely needed. This is not the book to start you off, its one to enhance abilities that are already there.

Arrived as stated – very informal book – good illustrations

Disappointed as I thought the book would show how to do each move with step by step photos, but there are none. Just lots of photos of finished moves and holds.

Great book- has a lot of useful tips on how to perform each move as well as suggested routines and warm up and strengthening exercises. Just getting back into pole after a few years off and this has really inspired me as well as reminding me of a lot of stuff!
