      Fantastic book!!
      Very technical.
It explains EVERYTHING about the management of a project of films or video games.
      Fully recommended.

      by Robert Kist

A one of a kind book, giving insight about the work steps involved in creating a video game or a movie, and how to manage their execution. The book tries to give a holistic view of the production pipeline, touching on subjects like project management, IT infrastructure, artistic requirements and supporting pipeline tools and their development.

This book would make an excellent textbook, if it weren’t for the lack of references. A book touching so many different subjects would clearly benefit a lot from having a good reference list, allowing students to dig deeper into particular topics. The publisher isn’t doing himself a favor and I hope this will be fixed in future editions!

Packed with useful information and insights. The authors are clearly experts and communicate their knowledge and passion for the subject in a very accessible manner that should suit artists and technical folk alike.
