The information and images in the book are fine but the whole thing is spoiled by a very nasty fake aged/worn look that has been applied to make pages look scuffed and scraped in a very unconvincing way. The covers on the other hand didn’t receive this treatment and look immaculate. Quite why anybody thought that this would be a good idea I don’t know?
Of course when you see small images online advertising the book they look fine as they aren’t large enough to show the fake ageing effects. So there you are, I’ve given you a heads up on what the book will look like when you receive it. If that doesn’t bother you then fine, but if you think that it might then I’d recommend that you try to see a copy first hand in a book shop to check it out before you buy.

I just received this for my birthday and I was so happy!! I thought this book was stunning, beautifully laid out, packed with new illustrations and schematics that really gives you a deep dive into the Joe 90 universe, I hope this means that we will get more tech manuals from Anderson Entertainment soon as this was outstanding.
