Really good book, especially if your drawing skills aren’t brilliant, I managed to produce a painting that was good enough to be framed for my dad as a Xmas present. It was easy to follow & has helped to improve my confidence. My friend also borrowed the book. Great all round buy, although the number of recommended paints & brushes I bought as I didn’t have them in my existing stock did add to the expense, would recommend this book to other aspiring artists

Being new to watercolour painting I found the concept of tracing the initial structure of the picture too tempting to resist. A good way to get over the ‘white paper’ nerves
