I contacted Pippa 18 months ago via Bark as I was struggling to lose weight before major surgery. The support I received over a 12 week period was first class and the knowledge that Pippa shared I will have for a lifetime. Following this plan I lost 42lbs (3st 0lbs) in 12 weeks and have never felt better physically or mentally in all of my adult life. Not once did I feel hungry, had late night cravings or felt the need to go for the sugar. Don`t waste money of weekly weight loss clubs and gym membership, all you need is this book.

I really like this approach. I’ve just started reading the book and I have a medical background but I’ve been totally confused by endless contradictory dietary advice over the years. This book, however, has some very simple commonsense messages, plus important and shocking health statistics. For example, 90% of us, who are obese, have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which I find a motivator to make changes in my life. There is really useful advice about how you can target certain parameters with simple changes in your lifestyle, such as reducing subcutaneous fat or visceral fat. The eating is real food and quite broad based in its approach, but simplistic enough so that you have some key things to remember when making a choice for that day. Seeing a table with glycaemic index was really shocking, because some of those foods that I’ve identified as health foods over the years are on the very high glycaemic index list, such as dates and watermelon. Looking at a French baguette, which I appreciate is not a healthy food was a shocker with a glycaemic index of 95. These simple pearls of information will help me make better choices with some of the foods that I put on my plate. I am quite excited and optimistic to learn more as I continue to read this book and hopefully will implement the changes in the coming months and weeks. Overall I like the commonsense approach and it seems to organise and filter through a lot of the misinformation that has been streamed to us through the media and the multiple dietary approaches that are screaming at us for attention out there. Well done.

Pippa’s book is very relatable, easy to understand and drives home the key fundamentals to losing weight and keeping the weight off as a lifestyle choice. I’ve had personal sessions with Pippa, which are well worth the investment. The book lays out some really simple strategies to explaining why and how her method works.

I discovered pippa on tik tok! I bought her book and really liked her approach. Am looking Fd to applying her principles but the most important aspect I like is the ease of her approach, navigating life eg multiple if you like me have quite a few weekly dinners out and convenience eg ready made lentils in a packet is quite fine to eat as an accompaniment, no need for lots of cooking (I am not the best cook). Thank you Pippa

As a client of Pippas I have found her knowledge to be life changing. She has a HUGE bank of knowledge and really knows her stuff. Quite simply if you follow it you WILL lose weight, you WILL feel better, and you WONT be on a diet. It’s totally doable and actually REALLY easy. As with all new things it’s good to have a reference to turn to, after our zoom sessions I found myself with questions or wanting something clarified- and this is it! But equally you can learn her whole method just from reading the book. She is a game changer and a life saver- well done Pippa, I don’t know how you fit it all in, but I’m so grateful you have!

Pippa clearly writes from the heart. You can feel her leaping through the page and inspiring you with her clear and no nonsense advice. I’ve spent years yo-yo dieting and yet I learnt so much from this book that I didn’t know. Eating dinner early is genius – I really struggled with evening snacking at the fridge door. It’s so much easier now I eat earlier, I have no cravings to pick in the evening. Thank you Pippa!

I had to return this book after only reading a few pages as it stated that chickens were made to lay 4 eggs a day. Chickens may very occasionally lay 2 in a day never and impossible to lay 4. Plus the old idea of too much cholesterol in eggs. It didnt give me any faith in the rest of the book!
