This set would be fine if you were an American trading in America but not an awful ot of help to an English person wanting help & advice of how to trade in Britain. Not a total waste of money – I have hung up the CD to keep birds off my bean plants

This is an excellent book! I totally recommend it for all retailers. I have read it just 2 weeks ago and my sales are already up. Many thanks to the writer!

This is a good basic overview of retailing. It also serves as a good checklist of things to be considered when you’re starting up a retail business. The frustration is when you want more depth on a particular aspect of retailing e.g. marketing then you will have to look elsewhere. But don’t let this put you off, for someone thinking of starting their own retail business this is a great help.
