It’s good

The book was a second hand buy. The description described it as in good condition. I didnt read anything that said it had already been filled in and had the previous owners maths working out written on the edge of the pages. This was disappointing, however after page 10 the book is usable so not a waste of money.

well laid out, easy to follow good prep for exams.

While we are not exactly the best mathematicians, it did seem odd that we were getting so many things wrong. I sent some of the questions to a friend who is good at maths and is a teacher and they at once spotted that there are typos within this book. I really can’t say how many there are – from our experience there are an awful lot.

Be aware that explanations are too sparse for this to be a self study revision guide. Lots of questions with answers so lots of practice which is fine if you know what you are doing.

Excellent for year 10.
This is a workbook that helps a little – it is not a textbook nor a revision guide. The start of each page gives the second or third line of the equations and text box reminders. For us this is just the right amount of help. There are 100+ pages so the coverage is excellent.
