I read these when I was young and loved them.
Reading them to my son is bringing all of these wonderful stories back to life.
My son now also listens to audio versions of them.

We got these for our daughter as she was getting bored of the school books. She has really enjoyed reading them. There are some words in the books we would use as a family but it made our daughter laugh and we explained the meaning and asked her not to repeat.
