Sadly arrived damaged but it was a birthday gift so needed to give it anyway

Nice simple book which describes the concepts well. Good fun! Could only be improved by adding flaps or moving parts to further illustrate the concepts

Yes, the topic is fantastic, the explanation is simple but the graphics are too simple for a baby, it needs more colour and more vivid images to catch their attention for longer.
I still love it and I still going to buy all the series because the content is great!

Generally good fun & a good intro to some physics for kids, but a weird jump from aerodynamic lift to rockets is a jarring dissapointment.

My 9 month old son loves this and so do I! We read this daily multiple times and enjoy the pictures combined with the “story”. I love that it’s genuinely interesting for me as well as him, and perhaps he picks up on that. We have most of this series of books (and started reading them with my son when he was around 4 months old). As well as this one I’d particularly recommend General Relativity for babies and Quantum Entanglement for babies.
