Thoroughly enjoyed this book and besides it being a very good crime caper ,it gave a wonderful insight into the horse racing world ,it’s little wonder it’s known as the sport of kings and although you can hazard a guess as to the outcome the ending certainly didn’t disappoint . I am now a big fan of Lynda La Plants and looking forward to reading more from her

Linda La Plante`s book Royal Flush, you may think it`s about a card game with a name like Royal Flush but no.As I`am not a book reviewer, or a book critic. If you lick FILM or TV you may have seen her work. But if you read her she takes me to a new level.
A very good cops and robbers book by her. she is such a dam good read.

Worn and weary but intact and complete.

Not happy. I knew it was going to be a secondhand book but others I have bought this way have been pretty good. This book felt dirty. It had a plastic cover which I took off immediately so assume it was an x library book. It is a very old book too and I will dispose of it as soon as I have read it.

This book keeps you awake at night, it is so exciting, I was unable to put it down, the characters are so real, and I wanted the villain to get away with it.
