Brilliant book for those preparing for an interview with the Royal Navy (Ratings & Officers – includes a section on the AIB) – obviously you’ll need to do your own research on top of this, but contains loads of useful information & it definitely helped me pass my interview.
Passed this on to my friend who is also applying for the Navy & I would recommend it to anyone.
