Inspiring read

As a new runner, I found the book very hard to put down. Written in 1999 so it’s a bit dated otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
Recommended for beginners. Experienced runners might not enjoy it as much.

Found bits of this book useful, other bits not so much. So I feel it’s a take what you need leave what you don’t type book.
