The Save the Cat story beat sheet system is invaluable to any writer working today and the YA update is brilliant with brand new examples. Jessica Brody explains everything very clearly and does a great job.

I purchased this in e-book as the pre-order did not arrive until November, and I pre-ordered it in February. But every writing book from Jessica Brody seems to have more expansion on the first, so overall this is a great step up from her first Save the Cat writes a novel book.
